Use NurtureARC lawfully and respectfully
You may use NurtureARC for legitimate coaching, practice management, relationship, program, commerce, and consent-based marketing activities.
Prohibited activity
You may not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, harassing, discriminatory, exploitative, or fraudulent conduct; unauthorized surveillance or scraping; credential theft; malware; security testing without written authorization; or attempts to access another workspace.
Messaging and outreach
Do not send messages without an appropriate lawful basis. Sender identity must be accurate. Commercial email must include required disclosures, postal information, and a working opt-out where applicable. Suppressions, unsubscribes, bounces, complaints, and recipient restrictions must not be bypassed.
Clinical and sensitive information
NurtureARC is not an EHR and is not offered as a HIPAA-compliant clinical record system. Do not store emergency, diagnostic, treatment, or other regulated health records unless expressly covered by a separate written agreement.
Automation and AI
Do not use automation or AI to impersonate a person, make high-impact decisions without appropriate human review, or send unsafe or misleading content. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and for every external action approved from your workspace.
Enforcement
We may restrict features, suspend access, preserve evidence, or terminate accounts when needed to protect people, comply with law, or maintain service integrity. Contact Support if you believe an action was taken in error.
